Content Writer

A company is looking for a Content Writer 1 to join their team in the Content Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

Review and refresh existing technical and business process documentation for accuracy and clarity

Manage content versioning, lifecycle signals, and review cycles to maintain content relevance

Perform editorial reviews and enforce documentation standards while improving readability

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in content editing, documentation review, or content operations

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint and Teams

Strong understanding of documentation lifecycle management

Ability to work independently while following established standards

Experience managing large content libraries and triaging stakeholder feedback is preferred
