Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

McKinley is looking for an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to join our team at one of our communities located in Taylor, MI! This role will consist of primarily groundskeeping duties (80%) as well as some tasks in residential maintenance (20%).

Compensation : $18 / hour + on call bonuses

Position Information :

As the Maintenance and Grounds expert of your community you will be responsible for completing work orders to maintain and repair physical structures of buildings and grounds.

80% Groundskeeping

• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company standards and applicable laws
• Keeping our apartment community in a clean and orderly condition

20% Maintenance
