Avantara Milbank is currently seeking a compassionate and professional Director of Nursing that will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Nursing Department. The Director of Nursing will work closely with the dynamic and highly qualified Unit Managers and Administrator to drive the overall success of the facility.

Qualifications :

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice.
• Nursing experience; preferable in the long-term care setting.
• Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels.
• Must reside in Milbank or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate to Milbank, South Dakota.
