The opportunity
Our EPM team combines deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to solve our clients' most pressing challenges. You'll guide clients through the complexities of Enterprise Performance Managementfrom redesigning FP&A processes to implementing technology-enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. Our Advisory Seniors help clients transform their financial planning capabilities, optimize decision-making processes, and build scalable frameworks that drive organizational performance. Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, you'll lead the delivery of sophisticated FP&A and EPM solutions that align with client strategic objectives. You'll own budget management, oversee end-to-end project execution, and drive measurable outcomes while cultivating deep client relationships. You will oversee complex financial processes and projects, providing leadership and direction to teams and managers. You will be accountable for building client relationships, driving revenue generation, and ensuring the successful delivery of engagements. This role presents opportunities to solve complex problems, drive thought leadership, and innovate within the organization.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
Minimum 7 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in :
Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles (Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level preferred)
Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesable to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insights
Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as : Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
Willingness to travel to meet client needs

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,400 to $343,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180,500 to $390,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
