A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Financial Analyst in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, every day is different. You will be responsible for preparing reports and projections for management, analyzing key financial data, and studying margin and expense trends. Your most critical task will be the timely and accurate submission of our facility’s P&L forecast. Additional responsibilities will include generating and maintaining custom digitalization reports using Alteryx as well as presenting monthly and quarterly reports to senior management. This position will report to the Finance Manager.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly summaries for management.
- Support the development, submission, and presentation of monthly forecasts and the annual budget.
- Prepare detailed financial commentary and reports for and German Headquarters.
- Proactively review and monitor product margins, expense trends, production variances, and key balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain and update material costs in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.
- Create and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau, and provide information to internal and external auditors as needed.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; a Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, and / or CPA certification is preferred.5 + years of related business experienceProficient in SAP or similar ERP systems, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with digitalization tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, and Tableau, as well as basic coding principles.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and collaborate effectively across teams.Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and perform well under time pressure in a dynamic team environment.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
