Job Description :
Duties And Responsibilities :
- Manage the individual calendars for the CFO, CLO & President of US Gaming at Accel Entertainment.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and priorities, proactively resolve issues, and ensure time is optimized for strategic priorities.
- Serve as the gatekeeper to executive time, screening requests and managing approvals in accordance with priorities.
- Organize and schedule executive leadership gatherings including financial review meetings, Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings, board preparation meetings and other high-level commitments.
- Ensure disciplined calendar control, reinforcing alignment with business priorities and optimizing executive productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure that only necessary and approved material reaches senior leadership.
Weekly Coordination & Planning :
Conduct weekly coordination meetings with each C-Suite executive to align on priorities, goals, deliverables and upcoming commitments.Prepare agenda materials for these check-ins, track action items, and follow up on next steps to ensure alignment.Project & Event Management :
Lead planning and execution of executive-level projects such as team offsites, internal and external events, conferences, and company-wide meetings.Plan, coordinate, and manage corporate and team events including quarterly Town Hall Meetings, leadership offsites, and special C-Suite functions, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with company culture.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Facilities, HR, Events, Communications) to ensure seamless logistics, high-quality deliverables and adherence to budgets and timelines.Travel Coordination :
Arrange complex domestic and international travel for C-Suite executives, including itineraries, accommodations and ground transportation.Ensure travel aligns with corporate policies, cost guidelines and executive preferences; manage post-travel expense reconciliation as needed.Internal Coordination & Communication :
Act as liaison between executives and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, timely deliverables and efficient decision-making.Handle confidential correspondence and ensure discretion in all interactions.Board Support & Materials Preparation :
Coordinate preparation of board materials, executive presentations and briefing documents in support of board meetings and other governance activities.Assist with logistics, distribution and follow-up for board sessions and related events.General Executive Support :
Provide high-level executive support including meeting preparation, expense reporting assistance, ordering office supplies, arranging lunches & dinners for executive leadership team, documentation management and incoming correspondence.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Minimum of 5 years' experience providing executive assistant support, preferably to C-Suite or senior leadership.Ability to work in office 5 days / week from our Burr Ridge office.Exceptional organizational, communication (verbal and written) and time-management skills.High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Strong initiative, adaptability, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multi-task across priorities.Base Pay Range : $80,000 - $95,000
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as : qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
