ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
We are currently seeking a skilled Couchbase Database Engineer (SRE) to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automation, Couchbase, and cloud platforms. You will be an individual contributor, working closely with the existing team to support and enhance the current infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and deploying Couchbase upgrades, managing infrastructure for Couchbase, improving automation processes, and enhancing overall performance and efficiency.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
As a Couchbase Database Engineer (SRE) you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of automation, deployment of Couchbase across various platforms, and enhancement of our infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contributing to the success of our Couchbase initiatives.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)

• Python for Automation (2 years, Must-have): Proficient in Python scripting for automation purposes. Demonstrated experience with scripting and automation tasks.
• Couchbase (2-3 years): Hands-on experience with Couchbase, including deployment and maintenance. Knowledge of Couchbase infrastructure and services.
• AWS, WCS, AC3s, IM, IAM (Suites): Solid understanding and experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM. Familiarity with WCS, AC3s, IM suites.

NICE TO HAVES

• Flask Web Server: Experience with Flask for web server development.
• Jquery for Frontend, Linux Fundamentals: Familiarity with Jquery for frontend development. Strong Linux fundamentals. NoSQL Technologies (Elastic Search): Exposure to NoSQL technologies, especially Elastic Search.
