Key Responsibilities Serve as a Call Center agent for Patient Access Registration activities Ensure patient accounts are complete with valid insurance and current demographic / clinical data Calculate patient financial responsibility and process payments while presenting financial options Required Qualifications High School graduate or GED equivalent One year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, a clinical role, or related clerical accounting / finance / retail No specific licensure or certification required by law Three years of healthcare Revenue Cycle / Call Center experience preferred Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
