Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies

2+ years of people management experience

Strong data analysis skills to solve complex problems

Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive towards outcomes

Proven track record of collaboration across teams to achieve business results
