[job_card.job_description]Manage daily retail operations with major customers, ensuring timely order processing, compliance, and execution. Oversee new item setup, planogram execution, and retail promotional activities. Partner with 3PLs and brokers to ensure readiness for new product introductions. Review and resolve deductions, chargebacks, and short payments in collaboration with Finance. Track trade programs and validate ROI for promotional spending. Maintain accurate records of retailer debits and recovery outcomes. Monitor and improve KPIs such as OTIF, fill rates, compliance fines, and routing accuracy. Lead corrective actions across 3PLs, manufacturers, and internal teams. Partner with supply chain to resolve root-cause issues affecting retailer metrics. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless retail execution. Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams on launches, packaging updates, and retail timelines. Report performance, risks, and wins to executive leadership weekly.

The Role :
We're seeking an experienced Retail Account & Operations Manager (CPG) to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this person will manage the operational execution behind our retail businessbridging sales, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure products flow efficiently from planning to shelf. You'll be responsible for retail forecasting, deduction management, trade spend analysis, and vendor scorecard performance across major customers such as Target, Walmart, and Kroger.
This role acts as the hub between Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain, coordinating with brokers, 3PLs, and manufacturers to deliver accuracy, speed, and service excellence.
What You'll Do :

- Own retail forecasts in collaboration with brokers and the supply chain team.
- Translate sales data, promotions, and market insights into accurate inventory plans.
- Align forecasts with production and inventory planning to maintain service-level targets.
