Job Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications while performing treatments, procedures, and special tests in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and understand patients' conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in all management decisions regarding patient care.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer all medications, both over-the-counter and prescription, as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
• Supervise and mentor ancillary personnel while upholding high professional nursing standards.
