Caregivers needed in and around Havertown

Visiting Angels of Mainline is currently searching for a  Caregiver with Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Staff to work in Delaware & Montgomery Counties Main Line Area.

  • Competitive pay based on experience (ranges from $16 to $18.50 / hour) depending on experience, level of qualification and type of shift

  • Higher Hourly Pay - All weekend shifts, couples shift, and last minute calls pay at a higher base rate.

  • Consistent, flexible schedule with readily available hours
  • $200 cash bonus will be paid after 60 hours worked!

Responsibilities of a Caregiver :

  • Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
  • Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
  • Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
  • Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
  • Maintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff

    • Caregiver Requirements :

  • CNA, HHA, and DC Certification
  • At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, working with seniors preferred
  • Dementia / Alzheimer’s / Hospice care experience is a plus
  • Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Completed or ability to have a 2-Step PPD or chest x-ray completed
  • References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed
  • Good communication skills in Spanish, Russian, or Italian is also a plus
