Founded in 2019 were delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time all from batteries we already have.

Technical Writer

The Technical Writer will help write revise and control standards procedures and training content. This role is instrumental in the definition and consistent application of Redwood standards in the document management system and its content. The person in this role will work with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization to identify opportunities for standardization through controlled documentation and work with stakeholders to develop high-quality content

Responsibilities will include :

• Plan create and modify technical documents including procedures manuals standards and work instructions to support various business units within the Redwood organization such as production engineering and material flow ensuring alignment with the Quality Management System
• Develop comprehensive documentation and templates that will be used to create the standards across all teams
• Lead and manage projects for documentation development and implementation
• Work with technical experts engineers managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex information into simple polished and engaging content
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
• Proofread and edit content created by team members
• Work closely with the Document Control Administrators and Training Team to distribute and communicate all new and updated documentation to the correct stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

The position is full-time and located in Sparks / McCarran Nevada. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

In accordance with California pay transparency laws the salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on a variety of factors including experience education and skills.

California Pay Range :

$86500 - $145000 USD
