A company is looking for a Conditions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review mortgage loan files for accuracy and required documentation
Identify outstanding stipulations and validate submitted documents for verification
Ensure compliance with seller or investor guidelines and update due diligence systems accordingly
Required Qualifications
5+ years of current Due Diligence experience
5+ years of experience in underwriting, preferably in Quality Control and Non-QM loan types
Experience with LauraMac is a must
Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac guidelines and Non-QM loan processes
Ability to analyze complex transactions and work independently in a high-volume environment
