A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Tier I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level phone support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Assist nontechnical end users and maintain accurate information in the ticketing system
Interface with customers to ensure issues are resolved and coordinate with field technicians
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Background in customer service or customer-facing experience (6+ months)
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule
