Front Desk/Receptionist

UCOM consists of a small staff and relies on a bevy of volunteers to make the work we do possible! We are looking for a consistent volunteer to help with the front desk reception area in our pantry. This may include answering phones, using our computer database to help make appointments for neighbors, greeting neighbors as they walk in, helping people sign in, answering questions, etc.

We are looking for volunteers who can take a specific shift repeating each week. (someone who says I can come every Monday, etc). We currently have a need for:

Morning shift volunteer every other Tuesday 9:00-12:30

Morning shift volunteer on Wednesdays 9:00-12:30

Afternoon shift volunteer on Wednesdays 1:00-4:30

Morning shift volunteer on Thursdays 9:00-12:30

*Also a "sub" who would be available to fill in on misc days/shifts when volunteers are on vacation, etc.
