We are looking for vibrant and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing family! Your Mission :

  • Deliver personalized, one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Empower clients by teaching crucial life skills, including communication, socialization, motor coordination, play, and daily routines.
  • Maintain an engaging, supportive, and well-organized therapeutic setting.
  • Forge strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, becoming a cornerstone of their support system.
  • Diligently record behavioral data and track progress.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Speech and Occupational Therapists to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain current RBT Certification and QBS Safety-Care Training.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • A genuine desire to work with children with autism.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong professional references.
  • Reliable access to transportation.
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Unwavering commitment to client privacy and respect.
  • Physical stamina to engage in active therapy sessions, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A team player, ready to collaborate with fellow professionals.
