Capture Manager

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to support and manage federal pursuits.

Key Responsibilities :

Support and manage full lifecycle capture activities for assigned opportunities

Execute capture plans for pre-qualified pursuits, ensuring alignment with win strategy and customer priorities

Conduct customer research, opportunity analysis, and competitor assessments to strengthen positioning

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field

2-4 years of direct, hands-on capture management or federal capture support experience

Experience supporting VA, HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, or other health agencies preferred

Working knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs, GWACs, and task order competitions

Experience participating in capture gate reviews and color team processes
