About The Position

Job Title : Clinical Rehabilitation Supervisor

Profession : Therapy

Specialty : Physical Therapist Home Health - Critical Need

Duration : 14 weeks

Shift : 8 hours

Hours per Shift : 08 : 30 AM to 05 : 00 PM

Experience : Minimum Years of Experience required

License : Must have applicable license

Certifications : Must have BLS certification

Must-Have : Skills-Based Hiring Qualification Assessment

Description :

Provide critical care and rehabilitation to patients in a home health setting.

Supervise and coordinate physical therapy services.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

Promote wellness and prevention strategies for patients.

Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of each patient.

Ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
