JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a creative, strategy-driven Social Media Specialist to develop, manage, and execute TopStacks organic content strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. You will work directly under the Head of Operations to help strengthen our digital visibility through thoughtful storytelling, branded media creation, and data-informed content planning.The ideal candidate understands each platforms unique style and audience, can transform ideas into compelling content, and can manage a consistent and cohesive posting rhythm that supports brand growth. AS A SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST, YOU WILL : Develop, execute, and refine an end-to-end social media strategy for all core platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).Build monthly platform-specific content calendars that support business priorities, brand messaging, and seasonal trends.Monitor post performance and audience engagement, responding to comments / messages to maintain a positive and active brand presence.Use analytics tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide monthly reporting with recommendations for growth and improvement.Draft on-brand copy for captions, headlines, CTAs, and social storytelling that resonate with our target audiences, voice, and aesthetic.Research competitor activity and social trends, adapting strategies to stay ahead of engagement opportunities.Maintain a deep understanding of TopStacks services and customer persona to ensure all content supports brand clarity and relatability.COMMITMENT & COMPENSATION We are looking for someone with the capacity to manage weekly output.
