[job_card.job_description]Perform comprehensive dental cleanings (prophylaxis) for patients of all ages. Provide non-surgical periodontal therapy and treatment, including scaling and root planning. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking and reviewing necessary X-rays, charting, and oral cancer screenings. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral health and overall wellness. Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if licensed / certified) as needed. Collaborate with the doctor and team to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care. Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Indiana. Current CPR certification. Proven experience in a dental practice setting, skilled in all routine and periodontal hygiene procedures. A friendly, kind, and gentle chairside manner. Must be reliable, professional, and possess a strong work ethic.
