Job Title : Sr. Software Engineer (frontend-leaning)

Location : FULLY REMOTE!

Salary : $160-200k / year

Requirements : 6 years of experience React

For example it often takes financial advisors three days to open client accounts and requires antiquated processes like faxing paper work! Thats where we come in.

Were currently hiring a Sr. Software Engineer (frontend leaning) who can lead the development of our early product.

Our stack : React Node Fastify MUI React Query Vite Storybook Playwright

What youll be doing :

Play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and product strategy as a foundational team member

Contribute to creating a developer environment thats both efficient and genuinely enjoyable to work in

Support smooth day-to-day product operations by using monitoring and observability tools to identify and troubleshoot issues quickly

Collaborate on growing the engineering team by helping recruit onboard and guide new developers as we scale

What were looking for :

6 years software engineering

Strong React frontend skills

BONUS : Node backend coding

Interest in AI-driven solutions

Thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments with independence
