Senior Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner to provide nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine the legal condition of property titles

Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company procedures

Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while performing all other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience

Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices for improved efficiency

Experience in evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures

Knowledge of how the team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives
