Senior Program Manager IT Procurement
This role will be on-site hybrid at our Chicago (Rosemont), Grafton or Milwaukee, WI office.
The Senior Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives across Regal Rexnord's global segments, with a focus on IT categories including software, IT services, telecom, and hardware. This leader will manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost optimization, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
Lead long- and short-term sourcing projects across IT categories, delivering cost savings and value creation.
Develop negotiation strategies, conduct spend analysis, and manage contract lifecycle in alignment with enterprise policies.
Project Leadership
Assemble and lead global project teams, define scope and objectives, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Monitor risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and guide stakeholders through required processes.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and status updates using standard templates and SOPs.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build trusted relationships across a matrixed organization, influence decision-making, and resolve conflicting priorities.
Act as a liaison between IT owners, vendors, and business units to align objectives and drive results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with IT category sourcing strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing processes and negotiation strategies.
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience influencing at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects in a global, matrixed environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of cloud and software procurement a plus.
Certifications such as PMP or CPSM or public cloud preferred.

Compensation Details : $98,000 - $168,000
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
