We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves enhancing and rebranding our SharePoint environment while improving usability and automating workflows. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in web technologies and a strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the visual redesign and branding of the SharePoint environment, ensuring cohesive color schemes, logos, and layouts across all pages.
• Overhaul and rename existing subsites to optimize navigation and align with organizational objectives.
• Develop tools to support event management processes, including routing systems for seminar payments.
• Assess manual workflows related to partnership agreements and implement automated solutions for improved tracking and visibility.
• Design dashboards and workflows to enhance data accessibility and streamline team operations.
• Create detailed training materials and user documentation to support SharePoint adoption.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on SharePoint navigation, features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the SharePoint environment meets functional and branding requirements.
• Proven expertise in SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer for workflow automation.
• Ability to create dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train users with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Familiarity with branding and customization within web environments.
• Experience in WordPress development is a plus.
