Your New Role

Support daily on-site operations in Las Vegas NV

Assist Superintendents with subcontractor coordination and walkthroughs

Document project progress with daily reports and photos

Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality issues

Participate in safety meetings and maintain job site cleanliness

Work with the Project Manager to keep the schedule and documentation aligned

Develop real field experience with inspections, quality checks, and closeout procedures

High school diploma required

Construction Management degree preferred

OSHA 10 hour certification or willingness to obtain

Interest in construction field operations

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to read construction drawings

Physically able to walk sites and lift up to fifty pounds

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with Procore is a plus

CPR and First Aid certifications are a bonus
