Litigation Legal Secretary Opportunity
Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. A large reputable law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team in Minneapolis! This position is a HYBRID role, operates off a 35 hour work week, full benefits, and paying up to $90K+!
Skills Required and Job Duties Include the Following :
- Prepares and edits legal documents such as discovery, pleadings, memoranda, letters, and more.
- Provide support to attorneys & associates within civil defense, real estate, and corporate practice groups.
- Interacts and communicates effectively with clients, attorneys, and other staff.
- Managing attorneys calendars, deadlines, appointments, meetings, travel plans, etc.
- Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned.
