Our Montclair studio is a dynamic, high-energy environment where passion meets performance. We're looking for a driven and personable Sales Associate to help us grow our member base and deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Role
As a Sales Associate , youll be the first point of contact for prospective members and a key player in building our BFT Montclair community. Youll engage with walk-ins, leads, and local businesses, converting interest into memberships. This is a sales-focused position that also involves front desk and member service responsibilities.
What Youll Do
- Drive membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and in-person consultations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective members
- Support front desk operations , including greeting guests, answering phones, and maintaining studio cleanliness
- Assist in community outreach and local events to promote the BFT brand
- Collaborate with the studio team to hit monthly sales and engagement targets
