Key Responsibilities
Responds to customer inquiries promptly and clearly across multiple channels
Utilizes product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in software or SaaS support
Knowledge of Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems preferred
Reliable with strong time management and accountability
