Responsibilities :

• Leadership :

Supervise the Quality Technicians and / or Quality Inspectors within their Business Unit providing day-to-day work instructions for these team members

Diagnose quality issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them

Coordinate and execute audits of suppliers

Assists in developing and implementing quality engineering procedures.

This range is the pay scale for this role in Minnesota. Individual compensation is based on skills experience and qualifications related to this position.
