Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Customer Service / Logistics Clerk for a client based in Pasadena, Texas.Pay Rate
$16.00 to $20.00 per hour (Depends on experience)Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed) Customer Service / Logistics Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments• Track shipments, schedule pick-ups, and coordinate drop-offs• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding shipment status• Enter and process freight orders accurately• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including commercial invoices and bills of lading• Arrange and schedule deliveries with drivers and carriers• Operate and utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics softwareCustomer Service / Logistics Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
• 4 plus years of extensive customer service/logistics skills
• Proficiency with SAP Warehouse Management Systems
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
• Drug test and background check requiredJob Type
