Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Structure : Hourly or Commission-only (based on role and experience)

  • Engage with potential customers face-to-face to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Represent well-known brands with professionalism and enthusiasm ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.
  • Track and report daily sales activities to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles showcasing your ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively both in person and through written communication.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets demonstrating your drive and determination.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage daily sales activities and report progress efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team contributing to shared goals and celebrating successes.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and product knowledge.
