Non-QM Underwriter

A company is looking for an Underwriter (Non-QM).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze loan applications and documentation for accuracy and adherence to Non-QM guidelines

Evaluate borrower creditworthiness and the viability of loan transactions

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and prepare underwriting summaries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience, focusing on Non-QM loans

Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements

Proficient in MLM (Meridian Link) and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
