We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Heritage at Church Ranch, a 205 unit apartment community in Westminster, CO. Position Summary : As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the community manager with the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the community manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management

Qualifications :

Pay : $22 - $24 / hour DOE + 5% bonus potential
