A company is looking for a Compliance Manager I to support its Personal Auto business by ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Track new bills, regulations, and Department of Insurance activity across assigned states

Assess changes and identify business impacts, risks, and required actions

Communicate updates and coordinate next steps with impacted teams and leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Insurance, Finance, Statistics, Math, Accounting, or a related field

2+ years of Personal Auto insurance experience

Experience with Personal Auto policy language and related insurance documents

Experience monitoring regulatory changes and providing compliance recommendations

Familiarity with research platforms such as West Law, Wolters Kluwer, or LexisNexis is preferable
