Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health-related degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.
