Job Description

A Lancaster, California based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate family medicine and / or internal medicine physician to join a collaborative, nonprofit outpatient practice. An ideal candidate has a year or more of experience, should value practicing evidence-based medicine and should be comfortable treating all ages. This role involves collaboration with other staff members and leading mid-level providers and nursing staff. The client will consider hiring physicians out of residency with good experience and references.

Required Qualifications

• CA medical license as an MD or DO
• Completion of an approved residency program
• Board certification in primary care
• CA DEA certificate before start date
• CPR certification
