Director of Finance – Physician Practices – Direct Hire – Onsite, Buffalo, NY

Our client is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to oversee the financial performance of their physician enterprise, consisting of 20–30 clinics. This role will analyze clinic KPIs, physician compensation, and incentives, while also leading budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

You’ll partner with operational leaders to set budgets, present findings to the executive committee, and help drive financial performance across the clinics. This position manages one direct report and requires strong Excel skills; experience with MicroStrategy is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze financial performance of 20–30 physician clinics

• Oversee physician compensation and incentives

• Lead budget prep, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Partner with leaders and present to executive committee

• Utilize Excel and MicroStrategy for financial reporting
