Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality customer interactions in support of Intuit's TurboTax product / customers

Handle inbound service calls without cold calling

Drive customer satisfaction by providing a world-class experience

Required Qualifications

Must be an active / enrolled student at Marshall University

Must be 18 years old at the time of starting

Willingness to complete and pass a background check

Passion for helping people

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
