We're Hiring : Insurance Producer Join Our Winning Team!

We are seeking a driven, personable, and Professional Insurance Producer that is seeking Uncapped earing potential! You'll play a key roll in generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and helping induvial and businesses protect what matter most. This is a high-impact position with real growth potential and we will give you the tools and support to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
  • Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial etc.)
  • Present Quotes, explain coverages and close sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and Follow-up on referrals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, Carrier Products, and Underwriting Guidelines

Requirement

  • Insurance Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain quickly prior to employment)
  • Sales Experience preferred
  • Excellent Communication, presentation and relationship-Building skills
  • Self-Motivated, goal-oriented and coachable
  • Team Player who thrives in fast-paced, positive environment
