Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for an Academic Hospitalist to join our multi-specialty group.

Position Details

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital.
• Day Shift Hospitalist with Academic opportunity.
• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine (required)
• Will work with Internal Medicine residents Responsible for rounding with residents and serving as core faculty for Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Preferably okay doing procedures.
• Must be also okay covering some shifts as Primary Care. (preferred)
• Open ICU.
• Traditional Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) + 1 weekend a month.
• The position is in Victorville, CA around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
• Base salary starts at $275,000.00 / year.
• Semi-annual production bonus in addition to base salary.
• Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Reimbursement for Full-Time.
• Open to J-1 Visa waiver sponsorship (Primary Care shifts required)
• Part-Time or Full-Time Nocturnist position (7ON 7OFF) also available.
