• Two 4-hour shifts, 2 pm - 6 pm
• 3 - 5 patients per week
• Primary care and obesity management focus
• Telehealth visits with remote health monitoring collaboration
• 1+ years telehealth experience required
• Obesity and weight management experience preferred
