  • Mileage pay: $0.80 per mile empty, $1.26 per mile loaded
  • Percentage pay: 72% of line haul + fuel surcharge on all loaded miles
• Dry Van:
  • Mileage pay: $0.80 per mile empty, $1.26 per mile loaded
