A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide elevated support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
Document client interactions in the ticketing system and assist the Sales team with escalated issues
Maintain knowledge of products and services while ensuring client needs are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One year of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus)
Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Proficient in MS Office applications and internet usage
Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects related to the role
