Sales Consultant

Schlossmann Honda City is seeking a driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join the most successful Honda dealership in the state with the best work schedule and a VERY healthy compensation plan.

Compensation & Benefits

This position is Full Time (9am - 6pm), with a 5 Day Work Week. The salary will be a base plus commission with the expected salary range being competitive. The successful candidate will also be enrolled in the employee benefits program.

Responsibilities

• Greet and show vehicles to customers
• Create an enjoyable sales experience by providing top-notch customer service
• Assist customers throughout the sales and financing process
• Generate new sales leads
• Work with customers to identify their vehicle needs
• Deliver an effective sales presentation that will facilitate customer understanding
• Work with customers to negotiate contracts
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and resolve in a timely and courteous manner

Requirements

• Proven sales track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred
• Previous experience with customer relations and satisfaction is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
