Assembler Inspector

Job Description : Quality Inspector / Assembler

Shift : 1st (6am - 2 : 30pm)

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Inspector / Assembler is responsible for performing both vehicle assembly and quality inspection activities to ensure products meet established quality standards specifications and customer expectations. This role plays a key part in identifying defects verifying workmanship and supporting continuous improvement while also contributing directly to production assembly as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections on vehicle assemblies subassemblies and components.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for workmanship accuracy completeness and conformance to specifications.
• Perform assembly tasks including building vehicle parts sub-systems and components.
• Safely use and operate various tools including power tools hoists and production equipment.
• Accurately complete inspection reports checklists and production documentation.
• Read understand and follow work instructions engineering drawings quality standards and procedures.
• Perform duties assigned by Supervisor and / or Group Leader.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift with focus on quality (i.e. within applicable quality standards).
• Participate in continuous improvement process.
• Work overtime as required and mandated by production schedules.
• Maintain regular reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned
