Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Director of Lifecycle Marketing job opening for a Florida founded, fully remote USA based virtual team who have grown this not long ago start up to $130MM Revenue over the last few years investing for continued global growth.

Your expertise must include Klaviyo, Email, CRM, SMS, Braze, activation, retention, loyalty, churn reduction in a D2C online training courses, digital coaching business with direct response and video sales letter marketing expertise. Depending on experience, base compensation $140K-$170K + bonus + benefits.

Are you a retention powerhouse who lives and breathes data-driven personalization and customer journey mapping? Join our fast-growing DTC brand as Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and own the full-funnel strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, app push, and phone touchpoints.

You'll architect intelligent, behavior-based messaging flows that engage customers at every stageonboarding, first purchase, repeat, cross-sell, reactivationmaximizing LTV while minimizing fatigue.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and automation roadmap
• Build logic-driven journeys across Klaviyo, Attentive, PostPilot, Braze / Airship, or similar platforms
• Implement real-time data triggers and advanced segmentation
• Collaborate with acquisition, CRO, sales, and creative to align messaging across all channels
• Design and run A / B tests, optimizing open rate, CVR, RPR, and LTV
• Own platform performance reporting, journey audits, and continuous improvement cycles
