Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Facilitating surgical operations by preparing and organizing the operating room environment
  • Ensuring sterile fields are maintained and stringent infection control protocols are followed
  • Providing instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical team members
  • Preparing and managing surgical tools before, during, and after procedures
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for each surgery
  • Working closely with nurses, anesthetists, and surgical staff to deliver seamless patient care
  • Accurately maintaining surgical counts and documentation throughout the procedure
Education Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Certifications Needed:
  • Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is mandatory
  • BLS certification (or the ability to secure it within 90 days of hire)
