Job Description

• Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to meet their specific needs and expectations.
