Job Type : Full-time, 100% in-office at our location in Goodyear, AZ

Salary : $17.00 / hour, with opportunity to increase to $19 based on performance and tenure

Mindful Support Services is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities include :

• Communicate with clients regarding balances, partner with them to ensure accurate information and payment is received.
• Strategize with clients on ways to complete their overdue payments.
• Educate clients on insurance benefit details and financial responsibility.
• Navigate escalated calls with empathy and healthy boundary-setting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and daily tasks.
